We later found out she had sleep disorder and she was prescribed meds to help her sleep….. Bliss sleep and sanity back. Well last weekend she would not nap and was up 3 hrs a night saying daddy i get in your bed, mum you come in my bed , can i have a drink blackcurrant please, oooh look at the toilet rolls stacked up and mummy i need a wee! I gave her a dose of her meds and smirked slightly thinking you will soon be asleep………. Wrong 3 hrs later short of saying ” i laugh in the face of Melatonin” miss F won mummy tucked up in her bed with monkey duvet and peppa pig cushion! Miss F 1 mummy 0.

If yours is 3 years old and you feel he’s old to be wearing nappies because everyone else stops wearing them after being 2, meaby that has nothing wrong. Your baby will do it at some point as you say, he won’t be 30 years old without knowing how to do it. Be patient and it will be sooner than later, trust me.

I was quoted between £130 and £150 from a range of recycling companies. I chose to use cash4phones.

I was sent a prepaid envelope to send my phone. As this was not padded I wrapped my phone carefully in several layers of bubble wrap, inside a Jiffy bag, inside the original box. Although the envelope was prepaid I followed the companies advice to pay for recorded delivery to ensure it arrived safely.

I took photos of the phone on the day it was posted from all angles which clearly show the phone to be in perfect condition. There are no scratches at all.

I have today been informed that after inspection the company have changed their offer to £32 due to excessive scratching on the screen.

As I am sure the phone was in perfect condition when i posted it and was wrapped extremely carefully- I do not believe the phone to be excessively scratched.

However I find myself in a difficult situation now the phone is in their hands. I have declined their offer and they are demanding £9 to return the phone (it cost me only £1.10 to post it to them) which I have been informed if I do not pay quickly they will take that to mean I accept their offer of £32 (which I definitely do not). I found information about this return charge tucked away in their t&cs not on any of the main web page, any pages to do with what happens if you are not happy with the offer or faqs.

Clearly this company is not operating in an honest way and I do not believe they will return my item safely to me. Either I accept their offer and loose out on £100 or I pay them £9 and have a phone returned to me which if damaged must have been damaged whilst in their possession.

Scam scam scam. Do not use this company

In regards to people and there emails

To say this I think is unfair At the end of the day you need to remember that they are a business and they are getting phones from people all the time they cant hold onto peoples phones forever and 5 days is more than enough time to respond to them.

I think most peoples problems are down to human error to avoid problems just do what i do make sure your phone is wrapped to avoid damage and always check the details you enter as I do to avoid human error.
