Mara Shelton, owner of the Tobacco Wood Brewing Company, also joins the conversation. Founded in 2018 as a single-location bar and nano brewery, Tobacco Wood Brewing Company has grown into a two-bar microbrewery with restaurant producing over 1,500 barrels per year. The company is again on course for 150% year-over-year growth in 2022, following a phenomenal 350% growth in 2021.
