ESSEC MiM combines a basic generalist program with numerous possibilities for students to personalize their experience.

ESSEC MiM | Career opportunities

Career opportunities are an extremely important part of the ESSEC Master in Management. To graduate, you must complete 12 months of work experience and spend six months abroad.

Giorgio is currently in a consulting internship at Roland Berger in Dubai. He says the flexibility of the program and the variety of experiences available have helped him choose strategic consulting as a career path.

“I think that’s really a plus because you’ll be dealing with what you want to grow later in your career,” he says.

Giorgio is one of the many students who embark on exciting professional paths during and after the Master in Management at ESSEC.

ESSEC MiM | How to apply

Access to the myriad benefits offered by ESSEC MiM comes at a price: the program’s tuition fee is € 43,200 ($ 48,400) for applicants from outside the EU, while citizens of the EU and the UK pay € 37,200 ($ 41,700). There are only a handful of more expensive MiM degrees in the world.

Applying to ESSEC MiM follows the typical application process, requiring you to provide transcripts, personal essays, GMAT or GRE scores, and language test results.

But successful applicants must show that they are more than their test scores and their GPA. “We try to find students who take the initiative and who want to create new things,” explains Félix.

“The ability to work in a team, the ability to motivate others to move a project forward; soft skills like that are also very important, ”he adds.

He insists that students should take every opportunity during the interview, writing and letter of recommendation stages of the process to show that they have what ESSEC is looking for.


The range of opportunities offered at ESSEC speaks for itself, you will be hard pressed to find an MiM degree offering a more diverse range of experiences.
