Toro Taxes was originally founded by Nick Maldonado (CEO) and Oscar Toro (COO) in Las Vegas Nevada in late 2009. Entering the franchise world in 2014, they quickly expanded to over 100 locations in 9 states, becoming the largest and youngest Latin American tax franchise in the nation.
